About The Founder

Neil has been in the building industry most of his working life. After completing his apprenticeship, he gained his Trade Certificate and Advanced Trade Certificate in Carpentry. Neil then spent two seasons trapping possums, before heading overseas for two years.
His interests outside of building are following sport, the great outdoors, and family.
Neil is a NZ Certified Builders member, and he currently holds an LBP Site 2 licence.

The idea to build the roof at ground level and then jack it up first came about whilst on a 'smoko break' on a job site in Raumati. Neil saw the need to reduce the temptation to take a risk whilst working at height and thought there had to be a safer way to build.
